“Rowdy” Tolbert is the Lead Singer and Rhythm Guitarist for the award-winning Rowdy Ace Band. Born and raised in Texas, Rowdy has been writing, recording, and performing country music for over 35 years. Living in Northern Virginia since 2007, Rowdy has worked to bring the sound and feel of Nashville’s Lower Broadway to the DMV.
